The results of the econometric model analyzed indicate that the dependent variable (impact on local commerce in Los Mochis) is directly related to the independent variables: procurement, marketing and sales, finances, and legal and regulatory compliance. Each variable presents statistical significance, represented with an appropriate t-statistic. It is observed that the marketing and sales variable has the greatest impact on the dependent variable, which suggests that the arrival of Chinese products affects local commerce, to the detriment of its sales and its participation in the market, due, to a large extent, to the low prices of imported products from Chinese stores.
