The investigation consisted of evaluating the production process of the case study company, with the objective of identifying the manufacturing conditions of the model 1704 comfort footwear for diabetic foot under the NMX-A-238-SCFI-2019 standard according to established technical criteria 100% was met in the sections of: Upper, Lining, Plant, Sole, Toe, Buttress, Last, and finished product, however in the insole section a value of 80% was obtained. Likewise, the ergonomic conditions of the operators involved in the manufacture of model 1704 under NOM-036-1-STPS-2018, applicable to operational activities in manual handling of loads greater than or equal to 3 kilograms, were examined. The results were established under permissible normative levels corresponding to four different areas where operators whose activities involve the handling, lifting and manual movement of loads were examined, in areas of: Shipping, Warehouse and Cutting with results of the occupationally exposed population for its comprehensive care.Downloads
