Abstract

This paper analyzes the importance of the human capital factor with business permanence especially small and medium enterprises, human capital is seen as a success factor to achieve the survival of SMEs and that these are lasting over time. Human capital is the one with which the entire company and the one that needs to execute its operational activities normally. Proper management of this factor allows us to have the necessary tools to cover the objectives and short, medium and long term obligations. For this, a literature review methodology was applied, taking as a reference secondary sources of research, stories such as books and scientific articles. As a result, it is determined that human capital is a tool that influences the permanence of the organization and that it has the responsibility to pay attention and dedicate time, due to the influence it has on the organization during the first years of its existence.
